“God is in charge…”

For the complacent regarding our current climate situation,

• God is in charge, but remember that God gave us everything WE need to be fruitful and multiply. He gave us dominion over the earth. With these gifts comes great responsibility. WE were asked to be good stewards of His creation.

• We have failed to respect and protect the earth we’ve been given.

• We may see hundreds, if not thousands, of global climate refugees in the foreseeable future. All preventable.

• The sustainable existence of the human species hangs in the balance.

• Ecosystems are and will continue to break down.

• It’s not too late yet, but organic life as we’ve known it may cease if obstinate ignorance prevails.

• God gave us free will and dominion over all the earth. We must do our part to survive. It’s not politics. It’s not religion. It’s science.

          God made the heavens and the earth and it was  good.

           Humans are commanded to care for God’s  creation.

           The land itself must be given  a rest and not abused.

           All of heaven and earth belong  to the Lord.

          All the earth is the Lord’s.

           Creation proclaims the glory of God.

           God loves and cares for all of creation.
• Romans 1:20  
           Creation reveals the nature of God.
• 1 Corinthians 10:26  
           Creation and all  created things are inherently good because they are of the Lord.
